4. Pre-Orders
Companion is currently operating on a pre-order basis. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
• The product is not yet in full production at the time of ordering.
• Your payment will be taken at the time of placing your pre-order.
• We will fulfil your order as soon as the product is available. Estimated timelines will be communicated by email.
• In the event that we are unable to fulfil your pre-order for any reason, you will receive a full refund with no deductions.
• Companion reserves the right to cancel the pre-order programme and issue full refunds if production cannot proceed.
Pre-order customers will be prioritised for the first production run and will receive updates on progress by email.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT where required.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe, Inc. Companion does not store, process, or have access to your full card details. By completing payment, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Companion reserves the right to change product prices at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed and paid for.
In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, notifying you by email.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Pre-Orders
You may cancel your pre-order at any time before your order is dispatched and receive a full refund. To cancel, please contact us at hello@drinkcompanion.co.uk with your order details. We will process your refund within 10 business days.
Statutory Cancellation Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel an order for goods within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt.
To cancel under your statutory rights, please contact us at hello@drinkcompanion.co.uk. We will provide return instructions. The cost of return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Faulty or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened supplement products unless they are faulty.

Delivery timescales and costs will be confirmed at checkout and by email at the time of dispatch. Companion currently delivers within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery dates provided are estimates only. Companion is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at hello@drinkcompanion.co.uk.
