Refund Policy

Pre-Orders
Companion is currently sold as a pre-order product.
You may request a full refund at any time before your order has been dispatched. No questions asked.
To request a refund, email hello@drinkcompanion.co.uk from the email address used to place your order. Please include your name and order confirmation details. We will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your request.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method via Stripe. Refunds typically appear within 5-10 working days of being processed, depending on your bank or card provider.
If Production Is Cancelled
If we decide not to proceed with the production run, all pre-orders will be refunded in full automatically. You will be notified by email.
Your Legal Rights After Dispatch
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order and return unopened products within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at hello@drinkcompanion.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to a full refund or replacement if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@drinkcompanion.co.uk and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
